How far ahead should I order?
For most cakes, 2 weeks is ideal. If the date is close, use the urgent request page.
Can I change colours or flavour?
Yes. We keep customisations focused so the process stays quick and clear.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup is available from the Melbourne studio. Selected delivery options depend on suburb and date.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your slot after quote approval. The balance is due before pickup or delivery.
Can I upload inspiration photos?
Yes. Use the custom quote form and include inspiration images or notes.
